The purpose of study was to present preliminary planning and purpose strategic design options. We focused on understanding the site potentials and surrounding context, to be able to clearly illustrate it through three ideas for the client to easily identify his needs.

Since its located near Cairo Airport, project elements and composure had to reflect that modernism and bold strong masses and also its futuristic expansion through its look. Vistas, site location, mass positioning and weather studies have imposed their input on the outcome, through three options of a cubical, a V-shaped and a Curvilinear building, aiming for a landmark to the surroundings.
