To develop a recreational , commercial, managerial and leisure arena to act as an attraction spot for residents of Al Wouroud City. The project contained of two Four stars hotel, office building ready for leasing with ready amenities &great attractions. We promised a warm mood for the exteriors to match and blend with the neighborhood using local materials to be simple efficient yet bold and unique.
