The project was to develop a mixed use project, of commercial, medical, managerial and residential activities, into one iconic entity.
Overlooking the river Nile, we had to respect the great vista and also coop with all the other constraints of various uses and its diverse circulation.
We managed to come up with three different options, with three different functioning plans, of three exterior envelope.
