This site is located in Nasr City, near City Stars Mall, one of the major attractions in Cairo with the site surrounded by high density residential zones. Our vision was to create a unique mixed used development including a 5-star theme hotel, a significant shopping mall as well as a luxury office spaces offering exclusive working environment.
It was designed and arranged in facility- intensive configuration, generating its unified image (Diversity within frame work of Harmony) being a landmark. it will be a destination for residents of all Cairo city to enjoy.
