Orouba Family Park

The purpose of our design, was to recreate an existing land plot, previously used as a sporting dub, into a commercial complex, attracting visitors from all over Cairo, with appealing new facilities.We had a bring up something the neighborhood needs; we provided a project with food outlets of the biggest food and beverage names in Egypt, a dedicated area of 1500 sqm for a supermarket and a kid zone each.We proposed to add a cinema complex, of one Geqa vision screen and 9 smaller cinema theatres. Creating our own inner view of water feature, seating areas and stage for live concerts.
