This project was to extend a capacity of an existing hotel with an extra 120 hotel room building. We had a challenge to not affect the existing hotel regarding view, using its own amenities and integrate with the existing form of the hotel. We created two forms blended into one solid form of bolder lines and a more modern look.
The new extension zone was selected as the optimum location for the hotel giving the client maximum extendibility, maximum view potentials for both existing and new building, and direct access to the existing facilities.
